I am sure you are not used to this, but if you have been on this site for long, you might be. You know how it is, the advice column has been hijacked by me~ So without further ado, let us get to the questions I received!
Question #1: Alright, how do you achieve a good balance between work and personal life? I feel so tired all the time.
I think that's something I used to struggle with too because I used to overwork myself a lot, so I can relate to that. But do not worry, I have a few tips for you!
1. Understand that nothing is perfect: If you are a perfectionist, this habit can be bad for your health. Try to understand that it's okay if something does not turn out the way you want it to! Do not strive for perfection, strive for excellence instead.
2. Shut down: Technology plays a huge role in our lives, especially with so many people working from home. Sometimes you need to know when to take a break from the internet and just enjoy what life has to offer. If you make this a habit, you will end up feeling better. When you practice resilience, you have a better sense of control over your life, whereas if you do not, you have less control and become more susceptible to stress.
3. Exercise and meditate: these are things you absolutely must do instead of just doing them. They can be very effective in relieving stress as exercise releases endorphins which in turn make you happy. So try to set aside at least forty minutes a day to exercise for thirty minutes and meditate for ten minutes.
4. Limit time-consuming activities and people: it is best to focus on things that are important to you. What makes you happy? This may seem selfish at first glance, but it's not! It's almost like the saying, "To love others, you must first learn to love yourself."
5. Change the structure in your life: Ask yourself, "What changes could make life easier?" If you can find a compromise and give others the space to flourish, then it might become less stressful overall.
6. Start small and then build up from there: This can include the previous tips. No one, including you, can expect you to change overnight. Some people can not handle change, while others can get used to it. Just start small, like exercising. You could start with ten minutes a day for a week and then slowly increase to the recommended sixty minutes a day.

Question #2: How can I make sure I do not come across as a boring person?
I do not think anyone can be boring! But if you are worried, I have some tips that can help you.
1. Show interest in a variety of things, people, and places: Try to get out of your comfort zone once in a while, but also remember when to draw the line for yourself. Visit places you have never been, listen to music you have never heard and read about other cultures, countries, or anything new to you. But most importantly, listen to others and give your honest opinion on things too!
2. Try learning a new skill or taking up a new hobby: Not only can this be better for you, but you can also meet new people this way!
3. Travel to new and exciting places: If you have the chance, you should visit a place you have never been before! Not only will you have an experience you'll remember fondly, but you'll also be able to talk about it with others.
4. Join interesting clubs or groups: I think you have already done that because you joined myHogwarts! I think we are pretty interesting. 😄
I hope these tips helped you in some way. Like I said with the other question, feel free to ask me for more advice if you need it! These were all the questions I received, and I hope these questions helped others as well. Thank you all for reading!
